Refurbished Dell Laptop Giveaway

1. Promoter

This giveaway is promoted by Network Computer Wireless (“NCWSA”, “we”, “us” or “our”), situated at 121 Piet Retief Boulevard, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, South Africa.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on the date that the official giveaway post is published on the Network Computer Wireless Facebook page and/or NCWSA Instagram page.

The giveaway closes at 23:59 SAST on 31 July 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

3. Prize

The prize is one refurbished Dell laptop with the following specifications:

• Dell refurbished laptop
• Intel Core i5 processor
• 8GB RAM
• 256GB SSD
• Windows 11

The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash. The exact model, cosmetic condition and accessories may vary, as the prize is a refurbished unit.

4. Who May Enter

The giveaway is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.

Employees, directors, members, agents, suppliers or contractors of Network Computer Wireless, as well as their immediate family members, may not enter this giveaway.

NCWSA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the giveaway period:

• Follow NCWSA on Instagram: @ncwsa_
• Tag 2 friends in the comments section of the official giveaway post.
• Share the official giveaway post.

Only entries submitted on the official giveaway post will be considered.

No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway.

6. Google Review Request

Participants are welcome to leave NCWSA a genuine review on Google if they have had a real experience with our business.

Leaving a Google review is optional and is not a condition of entry. A Google review does not guarantee entry, does not create an additional entry and does not improve a participant’s chances of winning.

Reviews must be honest, genuine and based on a real customer experience.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place within 7 business days after the closing date. NCWSA may appoint an independent person to oversee or verify the draw process where required.

The decision of NCWSA regarding the winner and the validity of entries is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Announcement and Contact

The winner will be announced on the Network Computer Wireless Facebook page and/or the NCWSA Instagram page.

The winner may also be contacted via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, NCWSA reserves the right to select another winner from the valid entries.

The winner may be required to provide their full name, contact number and proof of identity for verification and prize handover purposes.

9. Prize Collection

The prize must be collected from Network Computer Wireless at: 121 Piet Retief Boulevard, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, South Africa.

If the winner is unable to collect the prize in person, alternative arrangements may be discussed at NCWSA’s discretion. Delivery or courier costs, if applicable, may be for the winner’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The winner may be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt when collecting the prize.

10. Publicity

By entering this giveaway, participants agree that NCWSA may announce the winner’s name on its Facebook page, Instagram page and/or website.

The winner may be invited to take a photo or participate in promotional content when receiving the prize, but the winner may decline this request.

11. Disqualification

NCWSA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, automated, misleading, abusive, offensive or not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

NCWSA may also disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the giveaway process or who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

12. Personal Information

Personal information collected for this giveaway will be used only for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying entries, contacting the winner and handing over the prize.

NCWSA will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

NCWSA will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from participation in this giveaway or from the use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

The prize is provided as a refurbished product. While NCWSA will ensure the prize is in working condition at the time of handover, no cash refund or replacement will be provided unless required by law.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is run by Network Computer Wireless and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or Google.

By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, Meta and Google from any responsibility or liability relating to this giveaway.

15. Changes to the Giveaway

NCWSA reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel or extend the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control, or where it is necessary to do so for legal, technical or operational reasons.

Any changes will be communicated on the official NCWSA social media pages or website.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
